Senior Sales Manager B2C (Onsite/Remote)

ECOS is a successful International FinTech company with 6 years of experience with a wide product line. The company was established in 2017 in the eponymous Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in the city of Hrazdan, Armenia. Created jointly with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the FEZ is a unique space for the development of projects in the crypto and blockchain industry.

ECOS Mining is a service that provides investors with the opportunity to rent real capacities of Bitcoin mining equipment or even buy the ASIC mining farm.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to work with foreign markets!

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in B2C account management, preferably in the crypto or bitcoin mining industry;
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics;
  • Ability to analyze client needs, identify pain points, and offer tailored solutions;
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies;
  • Experience in a leadership or management role is a plus;
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are also desirable, depending on the regions of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional and timely service;
  • Manage and build relationships with ECOS clients;
  • Initiate contact with clients through diverse channels (WhatsApp/Phone/Email) to effectively promote and sell our products;
  • Dentify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry trends and client needs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.

Working conditions:

  • A comfortable office in the center of Moscow (or you can work remotely);

  • 2 working shifts:
  1. Shift 1 - From 11:00 till 20:00 Moscow time
  2. Shift 2 - From 20:00 till 05:00 Moscow time
  • Important! The position requires working with your webcam turned on throughout the entire shift.
