Wholesale Manager

Richemont Luxury Group (International company with HQ in Geneva, uniting luxury watch, jewelry and accessorizes brands such as Cartier, Montblanc, Piaget, Jaeger-leCoultre, etc.) is looking for a Wholesale Manager in Van Cleef & Arpels.

It's fixed-term contract for 8 months (maternity)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wholesale strategy of the brand in Russia and CIS countries
  • Devise innovative wholesale go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to maximize revenue and profitability of the Wholesale division.
  • P&L accountability, financial budgeting and forecasting for Wholesale.
  • Identify growth/expansion opportunities for the brand.
  • Create opportunities to communicate and reinforce brand messages at every touch with our partners and clients.
  • Regular visit, follow-up on and control of clients to valuate and monitor dealer potential and sell-out.
  • To check always quality and potential of the POS.
  • Analyze and find new partners in locations where the brand is not present; prospect new partners and dealers in accordance with the criteria set forth by the brand.
  • Maintain accurate records on all sales and marketing subjects including timely submission of reports

Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years of progressive sales experience.
  • Proven track record of significant sales accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations with vendors, retailers and consumers.
  • Ability to work in a large and complex organization.
  • Extensive travel is required.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (frequent presentations) will be required.
  • Fluent in Russian and English. French is a plus.
